Professional
In a career spanning Nine years in Civil and Environmental engineering, Remote Sensing and GIS projects I have dealt with many major multidisciplinary concept and design, engineering and GIS projects ranging from developing concept plan to execution. I have designed over 30,000 kilometres plus over 2000m of reinforced concrete bridges of Nigerian roads and highways.I have worked extensively on remote sensing and image classification projects in Nigeria and United Kingdom. I have has also implemented several GIS applications and developed complex GIS databases for various projects as well as all stages of projects execution- from outline concepts, surveys, assessments and presentations, through manual or computer aided detail design, contract documentation and management of environmental construction projects.

Education
Doctorate (PhD) in Marine Technology – 2007 to present
Research area: “ GIS Hybrid Statistical Capabilities for Petroleum Pipeline in Volatile Regions”, a research that uses GIS spatial decision-thinking process using GIS-Fuzzy logic to model implication and alternatives of pipeline routing on a network. The project develops pipeline characteristics that are useful in developing routes and transportation plans, economic analyses, geometric design criteria, and implementation of route control measures against terrorism. In addition, the research compares detailed engineering analysis and design for horizontal and vertical alignment of petroleum pipelines with Highway geometric design.
Masters (MSc) in GIS / Remote Sensing– 2005/2006
Thesis title: “GIS route selection analysis for Oil and Gas exploration using Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis- Case Study of the Oil and Gas Producing area of the Niger Delta in Nigeria”, a subject that requires strong technical knowledge coupled with managerial and numerical capabilities as well as computer programming skills. The focus of which to have high quality application specialty with practical skills in a variety of commercially viable GIS software.
B.Eng. Civil Engineering – Federal University of Technology, Minna- Nigeria 1998
Thesis title: “Structural Analysis, Design and Detailing of 30 Storey Building”, a subject that utilizes computer programming skills for the design. This was acclaimed first of its kind in the Nigerian Universities, as no any undergraduate student has design such height of building for first degree thesis. Computer program design software was develop using BASIC programming language.
